The EasyCoder E4 provides a reliable
thermal transfer and direct thermal printing solution
in numerous environments. Compact in design, the EasyCoder
E4 printer is ideal where space is limited and performance
is required.
The EasyCoder E4 is packed with features
that would normally be considered options with other
printers in the same class. For quick and easy printing,
the printer is supplied with Intermec’s Connect
and Print® features: LabelShop® START Label
Design & Print Software, InterDriver™ with
ActiveX® controls Windows™ driver, parallel
computer connection cable, and sample roll of labels
and ribbon.
The EasyCoder E4 comes standard with
1MB of FLASH memory, two PC card slots, internal rewinder,
Label Taken Sensor, plus RS-232 and Centronics®
Parallel connections.
Unicode TrueType™ fonts support
is standard with the EasyCoder E4. In fact, 15 scaleable
fonts are included, and more fonts in local languages
– including Latin and non-Latin-can be downloaded
into flash memory or be supported using a PC card.
Intermec’s unique EasySet®
System is standard with the EasyCoder E4. The system
incorporates a bar code interface allowing quick and
effortless set-up of media and ribbon parameters, for
precise and secured print quality.
The printer is designed on a chassis
of reinforced composite materials, and covers consist
of Polycarbonate and ABS plastics. These materials are
all non-hazardous and recyclable, which also makes the
EasyCoder E4 environment friendly.
